Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents located in the Tomaszów Lubelski Commune and the creation and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Tomaszów Lubelski Commune. The subject-matter of the contract will be implemented in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 399) and implementing acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lubelskie Voivodeship and local law, which are valid during the performance of the contract. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the provisions of environmental protection law and sanitary regulations, including the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2013, item 122), the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected waste fractions of the Minister for the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of separate collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2021, item 906).
