Description

The object of this contract is the concession of services for the management and operation of the Municipal Sports Centre ‘FÚCAR’, which is located within the urban complex called ‘Fúcar Multifunctional Centre’ (hereinafter ‘municipal equipment’), located at Calle Fúcar, nº 6 and 8 with a return to Calle Costanilla de los Desamparados, nº 15 of the District of Centro, with a total built area of approximately 4,475 m2 with the buildings, dependencies and services detailed in the PPT. Likewise, as an associated and complementary use to the Sports Center, the existing Cafeteria in it, with its corresponding terrace attached, and a total built area of approximately 180 m2 will be included in the service concession. It is considered complementary use because it is not an independent activity, since its purpose is the satisfaction of the needs of users and companions of them in the Sports Center.
