Description

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within model building. NVE – Energy and Concession (EK) is on behalf of the Ministry of Energy in the process of renewing its model park. Better models should help NVE to improve and more quickly answer questions from the ministry, as well as handle concession cases. NVE also has occasional need for competence in model building at the Hydrological Department (H) and the Regulation Authority for Energy (RME).
