Description

The subject of the competition is the award of a contract for the performance by the Recipient of the contract (hereinafter also referred to as the Tenderer) of health services in the field of imaging diagnostics by means of magnetic resonance imaging. The Ordering Party reserves that the number of tests specified in Annex 1 to the model contract may be increased or decreased depending on the needs of the Ordering Party by no more than 30% and the Tenderer has no right to claim compensation for non-performance of the contract within the scope specified in the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the competition is provided in Annex 2 to these Specific Terms and Conditions of the Tender Competition (hereinafter referred to as SKWO).
