The subject of this contract is: ‘Supply of foodstuffs for the needs of the crèche and the milk kitchen for children in Troyan’, with the following lots: 1. Bread and pasta 2. Milk and Dairy Foods 3. Fruit and vegetable preserves and packaged food products 4. Meat and meat food products – veal, pork and lamb 5. Fresh fruits and vegetables 6. Eggs". The subject-matter of the contract covers periodic deliveries of the goods in the lots, hereinafter referred to as ‘goods’ and/or ‘products’, in accordance with the technical specifications and the model technical and price proposals for the lot concerned, which form an integral part of the documentation. All deliveries relating to the subject-matter of the contract will be carried out upon prior request by the Director of the Nursery and Milk Kitchen for Children in Troyan or by an authorised person. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, shall be in accordance with: the draft contract; the technical specification; the Contractor's technical and price proposals for each lot. Food products offered must not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs), in accordance with Article 4a(4) and Article 19b(2) of the Food Act.
