Description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of an accelerator for the Świętokrzyskie Oncology Centre in Kielce.
2. The detailed scope and description of the subject-matter of the contract are described in Annex 1 to the ToR, entitled ‘Summary of technical parameters and conditions’.
3. The medical equipment offered must comply with all the minimum required technical and operational parameters and the limit conditions laid down by the Contracting Authority in Annex 1 to the ToR.
4. The Contractor shall ensure that the configuration of the apparatus which is the subject of the contract, is its property, is free from physical and legal defects and is free from any rights of third parties.
5. If the subject of the contract does not meet all the cut-off conditions set out in Annex 1 to the ToR, the tender will be rejected without further evaluation.
