Description

For the timely implementation of the numerous legally required digitization projects in the area of the CSO, the relevant EU regulations / directives and the Saarland eGovernment Act, which also affect the internal administrative processes, support for the Saarland state administration and the Saarland municipalities in the area of project and process management as well as for the technical implementation of the services with the low-code platform "Civento" is necessary. The individual services "Project Management", "Process Management" and "Implementation of Target Processes on the Application and Process Platform Civento" are to be awarded separately as three lots in the form of framework agreements. It is a joint award of the Saarland, Ministry of Economy, Innovation, Digital and Energy, represented by the IT Service Centre, and the special purpose association eGo-Saar.
