Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Law on Forests’) covering timber harvesting and harvesting work to be carried out in the Pieńsk Forest District in 2025. Planned start and end date of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2025, the above shall not affect the possibility of exercising the rights arising from the contract (including, in particular, notification of readiness to receive and calculation of contractual penalties) after the end date referred to in the previous sentence, as well as the possibility of extending the contract performance period by amending the contract. The deadlines for the implementation of individual works (in each of the Packages) will be determined in the Orders drawn up by the Ordering Party's Representative. The deadline for completion of works indicated in the Orders will in no case be later than 15 January 2026. The estimated value of the contract indicated in point 2.1.3 of the notice concerns the basic contract.
