Description

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2025, item 567 – ‘Law on Forests’), covering timber harvesting and harvesting work to be carried out in the Pieńsk Forest District in 2025. Planned start and end date of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2025, the above does not affect the possibility of exercising the rights under the contract (including in particular the declaration of readiness to receive and calculate contractual penalties) after the final date referred to in the previous sentence, as well as the possibility of extending the contract performance period by amending the contract. Deadlines for the implementation of individual works (in each of the Packages) will be specified in the Orders prepared by the Employer's Representative. The deadline indicated in the Orders for the performance of works will in no case be later than 15 January 2026.
