Description

Sõlmitava raamlepingu objektiks on PRIA ühikupõhiste toetuste administreerimise ja kontrolli süsteemi (TAKS) ja sellega seotud liideste või TAKS-iga koostoimivate teiste tarkvarade osa(de) ja TAKS-i e-teenuste (nt e-PRIA TAKS-i puudutavad teenused) arendus- ja hooldustööde tellimine. Tarkvara arendus- ja hooldustööde hulka loetakse muuhulgas:
1) projekti juhtimist;
2) süsteemianalüüsi;
3) päringute ja aruannete koostamist;
4) tarkvara ja andmebaasi disaini;
5) programmeerimist;
6) testimist;
7) dokumenteerimist;
8) konsultatsiooni;
9) jm töid, mis on vajalikud TAKS-i ja TAKS-i e-teenuste arendamiseks ja hooldamiseks. Nt võidakse raamlepingu täitmise käigus luua hankijale ka uusi lahendusi (tarkvarasid), mis on seotud tarkvaraga TAKS.
Sõlmitava raamlepingu eeldatav maksumus on 5 000 000 eurot ilma käibemaksuta. Sõlmitava raamlepingu maksimaalne maksumus on samuti 5 000 000 eurot ilma käibemaksuta.
