Description

The Danish Building and Property Agency offers, as a restricted invitation to tender, a 2-year framework agreement on service, repair and replacement of technical installations. The framework agreement is estimated to have a total value including options of DKK 103 056 508. The framework agreement is to be used by the Danish Building and Property Agency and covers service, repair and replacement of technical installations in the form of water, heat, electricity and shell protection in the buildings of the Danish Building and Property Agency. The purpose of concluding the framework agreement is for the Supplier to be able to service, repair and replace the objects that the Danish Building and Property Agency has in its property portfolio. In addition, under the framework contract, the supplier must provide repairs after breakdown and damage. The framework agreement is divided into two lots, where lot 1 covers all objects covered by the framework agreement in the property of the Danish Building and Property Agency located east of the Great Belt, and lot 2 covers the objects located west of the Great Belt. The Agreement may be extended for one year at a time for a maximum period of two years. The total duration of the agreement is four years in total, including both extension options. Reference is also made to the tender documents. The tender letter contains a detailed description of the task and the tender process, and the other material contains a description of the scope of the task.
