This consultation concerns the service and maintenance of the electrical installations of the Hôtel du Département/Préfecture du Val-de-Marne. This contract provides that essential tasks, pursuant to Articles L2393-7 and R2142-27 of the Public Procurement Code, are to be carried out directly by the contractor. Essential tasks to be performed directly by the contractor or one of the members of the group, where applicable: Levels 1,2 and 3 maintenance services shall be carried out directly by the Contractor in accordance with the above-mentioned Articles. Dedicated professionals within the teams of the contract holder(s) are to be identified for these interventions from the launch of the market. Level 4 and 5 maintenance services are not tasks which must be performed by the contractor.
