Bulgaria-Varna: Printed books, brochures and leaflets
During the performance of the contract, the production, drawing up and delivery of promotional material for the ‘Sport for All’ OP must be carried out, in accordance with an approved list of items with the relevant technical parameters and tiering described in the Technical Specification (Annex 1), which forms an integral part of the performance contract.
The production of promotional material includes design, pre-printing, printing and delivery to the contracting authority. Also all necessary operations such as folding, gluing, sewing, binding, perforating, laminating, packaging and other operations necessary to obtain the final product.
During the execution of the contract, the Contractor shall propose to the Contracting Authority a minimum of 2/два/design project, and the contracting authority shall approve one of them in writing to be carried out, but reserves the right to reject both designs where they do not meet his artistic and thematic requirements.
The maximum time limit for the submission of projects is 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the written application referred to in Article 4 (1) of this documentation.
The copyright of the designs approved by the applicant remains the property of the Municipality of Varna and the Municipality of Varna is entitled to have them at its discretion and necessity.
