Poland-Puławy: Public-service buses

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of three pieces of urban buses to MINI forests, which are new eco-friendly, low-floor to Miejski Zakład Komunikacji – Puławy Sp. z o.o. in Puławy.
2. The year of manufacture of buses must coincide with the year of delivery.
3. The bus offered cannot be a prototype, it must be produced in series, i.e. be on the current offer. The technical solutions used must be proven and their reliability must be confirmed in several years of operation.
4. Required inter-service mileage of not less than 30 000 km (cross-handling with replacement of oil and filters in the engine; unacceptable replacement of the oil filter during the passage between successive oil exchanges). The tender must include a document issued by the engine manufacturer confirming the permissible inter-service mileage.
5. The durability of bodywork and power-driving units shall be such as to achieve at least 10 years of operation, assuming an average annual mileage of 80 000 km.
6. The buses offered must be one make and identical in the type in question in terms of design, completion and equipment with the unification of the drive train (engine, gearbox, axles – suspension type and type).
7. Buses should be delivered to the Contracting Authority after the first review.
