Description

This contract concerns HVAC works relating to the extension and reconditioning of the rest and quiet care home located on Site A. Vésale in Montigny-le-Tilleul. The contract forms part of a complete works file. Other co-contractors will therefore be present on site. The contracting authority will be responsible for coordination.
The rest home comprises 120 beds divided into special bedrooms, two and three beds. The aim of the work is therefore to abolish three-bed bedrooms. To do so, an extension comprising a floor and four levels will be constructed. It will host accommodation for patients and on the floors, with 6 rooms per level.
The existing building will be completely renovated. The current rooms will be divided and distributed differently in order to provide residents with a maximum number of special rooms. Nursing rooms will be moved in order to limit the average journey.
The existing building will be isolated from the outside and crepy. All existing frames will also be replaced.
