Pursuant to Article 20(5) of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with Article 20(4)(3), the contracting authority will prove the cost of delivery only by means of a primary payment document and will not conclude a written contract. In the present case, the value of lot No 2 and lot No 3 does not exceed BGN 156 464.0 for the supply and does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract. The total estimated value of the three lots is BGN 53 062.88 (fifty-three thousand sixty-two leva and eighty-eight stotinki), excluding VAT.
