Description

In the Rehabilitation Centre (RZ) Gröbming of the Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA), various cleaning services are required, which are the subject of the invitation to tender.It is intended to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of 3 partners in this regard.The services include maintenance cleaning in a wide variety of areas in the RZ (office and meeting rooms, social and wet rooms, corridors, staircases, entrance areas, lift cabins, technical rooms, archives, warehouses, medical rooms or treatment areas, swimming pool areas, therapy areas, dome, bridge, multipurpose and patient dining room, anterooms for the lift etc.) as well as the cleaning of various window and glass surfaces (partly inside and outside) as blinds in the RZ and the personnel housing (PWH).Optional also the maintenance cleaning services (story houses, corridors, cellars, installation paths, protection rooms, etc.) for the PWZ.
