Description

The subject-matter of the contract is ‘Purchase of two new medium-sized rescue and firefighting vehicles with the function of providing water for living purposes, divided into 2 lots’. The scope of the contract includes: Part I – Purchase of a new medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with the function of providing water for living purposes for the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Puck. Part II – Purchase of a new medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with the function of providing water for living purposes for the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Kwidzyn. The minimum technical/quality characteristics of the vehicle are described in Annexes 1.1 and 1.2 of the FVC ‘Description of the minimum characteristics of the vehicle offered’, separately for each component, and in Annexes 1.3 and 1.4 of the FVC ‘equipment’, separately for each component. The subject of the contract is implemented as part of the subsidy from the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025. Acting jointly pursuant to Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320 as amended) and on the basis of the agreement concluded on 27 August 2025 between the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Puck and the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Kwidzyn regarding the preparation and conduct of the tender procedure and the implementation of the tender procedure under the name: ‘Purchase of two new medium-sized life-saving and fire-fighting vehicles with a water supply function for subsistence purposes, divided into 2 parts’. Contracting authority: 1) District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Puck, 84-100 Puck, ul. It's Mestwin 11. 2) District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Kwidzyn, 82-500 Kwidzyn, ul. Sports of 3. Ordering parties designated to conduct the present proceedings in the name and on behalf of the persons referred to in paragraph. 1 Ordering parties are: District Headquarters of the State Fire Service, 84-100 Puck, ul. It's Mestwin 11.
