Subject of delivery are the following items and quantities: document binders 8 cm – 200; document binders 5 cm – 150; 100 PVC document folders and 30 document pocket folders. Pursuant to Article 80 of the PPZOP, in conjunction with Article 12 of the ZOP, the contracting authority retains Lot 3 for the participation of specialised enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities in connection with the list of goods and services referred to in Article 12(1)(1) of the ZOP. Where tenders are submitted, both by persons for whom the contract is reserved and by other persons, the tenders of the persons for whom the position is reserved shall be examined first.
