Description

Urban and landscape project management market for the development of the ZAC of the Val Saint-Martin in Pornic.
The ZAC of the Val Saint-Martin covers 17.6 ha. It is intended to host educational establishments (including the future school in the country of Retz, which is scheduled for September 2013), as well as tertiary and service activities.
On the basis of a design dossier already carried out but also of the studies previously carried out (feasibility studies for fitting-out), the consortium must carry out the operational studies and conduct the work which will be phased over time.
The mission will include:
All the tasks of project management in infrastructure during the design and subsequent completion of public developments (AVP, pro, visa, exe, det, AOR, opc).
Additional tasks: Production of the dossier for the completion of the ZAC and, where appropriate, the follow-up to its instruction. Support for builders and architectural, urban (VRD), landscaping permits for building and private developments within the Val-Saint-Martin ZAC. Assisting manufacturers with regard to the environmental quality of buildings and monitoring the investigation of the construction file.
Option: preparation of the water law file and, where appropriate, the follow-up to its instruction.
