Description

The Lapland Welfare Region is requesting an offer for a remote consultation service for radiological examinations. The subject of the procurement is MRI statements; musculoskeletal, body and neurological and magnetic angiography (Central veins, cervical veins, lower extremity and aortic mra) MRI and children's MRI commentary services on MRI studies at Lapland Central Hospital and Länsi-Pohja Central Hospital and comparison with previous studies in the image archive. In addition, breast MRI and Prostatan MRI tests are pronounced for Länsi-Pohja Central Hospital. The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas. The tenderer may submit a tender in one or both areas. The estimate, which does not constitute a volume purchase obligation for the contracting entity, is 3,000 of the statements to be made during the year of Lapland Central Hospital and 3,000 of the statements to be made during the year of Länsi-Pohja Central Hospital. The contracting entity does not commit to any specific amount of procurement; the amount of procurement depends on the need. The procurement complements the Lapland wellbeing services county's own service production. The planned start date for service provision is 1 September 2025 for Lapland Central Hospital and 1 October 2025 for Länsi-Pohja Central Hospital. The content of the service to be procured is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Service description to the invitation to tender. The total value of the procurement exceeds the national threshold laid down in section 25 of the Act on Public Contracts. The contract period is 24 months.
