1. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: the supply of a compactor for compacting waste with a plowshare in the form of an operating lease. The machine must set the following parameters: Compactor for compacting waste with a plowshare. The machine was manufactured not earlier than 2002. Year of total recovery 2025. A machine cannot be a prototype. Blade width minimum 3,7 m. Total length minimum 8,0 m. Weight of the compactor with accessories, ready for operation: 37000 – 40000 kg. Forward and backward speed 0-14 km/h Spreading equipment in the form of a blade with a collar with a minimum height of 1950mm. Fuel tank capacity minimum 400 liters. Chassis protected by removable guards against external damage. Central lubrication system. Hydraulic control of boom position: lifting, holding, lowering. Steel wheels with fixed or interchangeable cutting spikes and adjustable scrapers in front of and behind each wheel: - number of teeth on each front wheel: minimum of 60 pcs. - number of teeth on each rear wheel: minimum 50 pcs. - width of compaction to the wheel side at the front; 1350 mm - width of compaction on the side of the wheel at the rear: minimum 1125 mm.
