Description

the City of Caen and the CCAS de Caen decided to form a group of orders for the award of the public contract for the cleaning and disinfection of administrative premises and vitreries pursuant to Article 8 of the Public Procurement Code. The group of orders concerns Lots 2, 4 and 5 of this consultation and is represented by the City of Caen (coordinator), each member of the group having deliberated within that group to form the group. The creation of this grouping of orders is part of the partnership approach implemented in the agreement on assistance and the provision of resources to the CCAS voted by the Municipal Council on 14 December 2009. In accordance with Article 15 of the Public Procurement Code, Lots Nos 2 and 3 are reserved for an adapted undertaking or an establishment providing assistance through work.
