La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place d'un accord-cadre dont l'objet est la réalisation de prestations d’ingénierie de type « contrôle-commande » pour appui aux projets instrumentaux pour le compte de l’Institut de Recherche en Astrophysique et Planétologie (IRAP) -CNRS. Les spécifications techniques sont décrites dans le CCAP n°26311 et CCTP n°26312. L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire, s'exécute par bons de commande et marchés subséquents. L'accord-cadre n'a pas de niveau minimum mais un niveau maximum en valeur.
