Description

Provision of the ‘Real-time Control Unit + FPGA Unit Programming Software’ required under the project ‘Romanian Hydrogen and New Energy Technologies Hub - Ro-HydroHub’ Code - SMIS 304724. The project is funded by the Programme Smart Growth, Digitalization and Financial Instruments 2021-2027 (PCIDIF), according to the specifications, in order to develop and increase the capacities of research, development, innovation, digitization and adoption of advanced technologies. Technical specifications indicating a particular origin, source, production, special process, trade mark, patent, manufacturing licence shall be mentioned only for the purpose of easily identifying the type of product and shall not have the effect of favouring or eliminating certain economic operators or certain products, unless otherwise specified. The following products will be purchased: Lot 1 - Real-time process calculator with FPGA and ADC, DCA channels, sensor interfacing and communication - 9 pcs. Lot 2 - FPGA programming software – 9 pcs. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days.
