Description

Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die dauerhafte oder zeitlich befristete Überlassung einer Software für eine digitale Archivierungslösung, der Erbringung von Softwarepflege und Support sowie softwarenahe Dienstleistungen, Schulung und Unterstützungsleistungen für die Implementierung sowie Migration bisheriger digitaler Archivdaten im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb zu vergeben. Einzelleistungen: - Software zur digitalen Archivierung inkl. erforderlicher Schnittstellen zu diversen in der Leistungsbeschreibung näher definierten Fremdsystemen. Zu den Fremdsystemen gehören unter anderem SAP S/4HANA, MicroSoft Exchange und MicroSoft SharePoint. - Softwarepflegevertrag muss das Recht auf die Nutzung stets aktueller Versionen der Software zur digitalen Archivierung beinhalten - Support inkl. Herstellerunterstützung bei Fehlerfällen mit einem zentralen Eingangstor (im Sinne eines Single Point of Contact z.B. durch ein Ticketsystem oder eine telefonische Hotline) für die Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Verfolgung von IT-Störungen bzw. Problemen sowie IT-Sicherheitsvorfällen - Schulung - Unterstützungsleistungen für die Implementierung sowie Migration bisheriger digitaler Archivdaten
