Uppdraget avser att ta fram en förstudie för Bangårdsförbindelsen. Förstudien ska ligga till grund för kommande inriktningsbeslut.
Uppdraget avser dels projekt- och processledning av förstudien och dess ingående delar, dels framtagande av utredningar och tekniska studier inom studiens respektive huvuddel, som underlag för konsekvensbedömning och val av alternativ.
