Description

The subject of this consultation is the routine maintenance, verification, repair and full guarantee of individual gas boilers and controlled mechanical breakdowns on part of the real estate managed by Paris Habitat.
The services are divided into 3 lots.
For each of the lots, a framework agreement will be concluded with a party with order forms (no minimum amount or maximum amount) within the meaning of Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 for the replacement of individual boilers and VMC boxes (P3R) and services not included in the flat-rate framework (and excluding P3R) for occasional services and a global flat-rate part for flat-rate services (P2, P3 and commissioning visits).
The tender submitted by the candidate must cover all the services provided.
