Description

The city of Oelde is planning the construction of a multifunctional triple sports hall in the area of the junction Wiedenbrücker Straße/"Zur Axt" in 59302 Oelde. The new building is required due to undercapacity on hall areas in the area of the school landscape of the city of Oelde - but is also intended to serve the training and competition operations of the sports clubs at the same time. In addition to the three hall areas, the hall will also have a permanent grandstand with a capacity of 392 seats. This is supplemented by an extendable telescopic grandstand, which offers seats for 400 people and 8 wheelchair spaces plus 400 seats by seating. The three-field sports hall is planned as a compact square structure with a width of about 45 m and a depth of 70 m. The east and west facades run parallel to each other. The north wall ("back") follows the course of the Axtbach and the southern entrance facade turns slightly towards the intersection. This creates an irregular square. The organization of the structure and the extension follows the parallel east and west facades or is orthogonal to them. The building is 2-storey (with partially additional technical level in the attic). The clear hall height to the lower edge of the supporting structure is 7.50 m. The attic is about 11.50 m. In the corners are the 4 staircases (TH), starting with TH 1 in the southwest (central staircase with elevator and attack path of the fire brigade) and following clockwise TH 2 (student access), TH 3 and 4 access and escape route at events. From the southern foyer - with the multifunctional room above - you can directly reach the central sports hall area. To the west of the sports hall are the equipment and control rooms on the ground floor, on the upper floor the changing areas and on the attic the technical level and a storage area. To the east are the tri-stage facilities and adjoining rooms for events. The hall is connected to the north by a storage area and an additional technical area on the upper floor. BRI: approx. 31,000 m3 GFA: approx. 5,000 m2 NUF: Approximately 2,900 m2 were the subject of this call for tenders for the supply and installation of sports equipment and the equipment of the adjoining rooms.
