Description

HHR manages an extensive area of hydrological objects, including mills, weirs and treatment plants, spread over the management area. Regular lifting and transport services are required for the assembly, installation, removal and movement of parts and installations. These activities take place at various locations within the HHR management area and are often of an ad hoc nature. The priority levels of the work (Prio 1, Prio 2 and Prio 3) are described in Annex 7 Process Description. The scope covers the use (rental) of lifting and transport equipment including operation, tools, road deposit and obtaining permits, permissions and exemptions when assembling, placing, removing and moving parts and installations of HHR. Transport includes specialist transport of HHR machines or parts to overhaul workshops. The work varies in size and complexity and includes simple lifting operations as well as specialist and precise deployment of equipment and personnel. The purpose of the assignment is high-quality maintenance for the deployment of lifting and transport services so that the primary operations of HHR can continue. HHR must be able to reliably dispose of appropriate lifting and transport capacity during its lifetime.
