The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Forests Act’), covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood, and work on a forest nursery, to be carried out on the territory of the Ciechanów Forest District in 2026.The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the aggregated quantities of work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood, and work on a forest nursery resulting from Annex 2 to the FTZ.The material scopes compiled in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimated.Quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ.
