The subject of the contract is the purchase of an Electronic Anesthesia Card along with integration with the HIS as part of the implementation of the project Development of modern highly specialized, oncological care by modernizing the infrastructure of the Dr. Jan Jonston Provincial Multispecialist Hospital in Leszno implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Component D ‘Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health system’, Investment D1.1.1 ‘Development and modernisation of the infrastructure of highly specialised care centres and other medical entities’ – in accordance with the conditions, detailed description and quantity set out in the FTZ and Annex No 23.3. to the FTZ ‘Form of required-offered parameters’.
