Introduction By means of this pre-announcement of voluntary ex ante transparency, Waterschap Vechtstromen wants to inform market parties of the intention to start a negotiated procedure without prior notice (as referred to in section 2.2.1.7 of the Procurement Act 2012), for the purchase / delivery of parts, as well as the possible implementation of adjustments and services for the Thermal Pressure Hydrolysis (TDH). Waterschap Vechtstromen intends to start this procedure with Cambi Solution AS in Asker, Norway. Description assignment In the TDH, sludge is boiled under high pressure and at very high temperature, this causes the sludge to fall apart, releasing intracellular substrate, which improves the fermentation process. In addition, toxic substances are created during this process that, if they unexpectedly end up in the atmosphere, in addition to an unsafe working environment, also cause odour complaints for the environment. There are different types (brands) of TDH installations, each with its own characteristics.
