As part of the VgV procedure with a restricted architectural realisation competition, an architectural office is to be found for the construction of a new mobility hub with parking. Filderstadtwerke, a company owned by the City of Filderstadt, owns and operates the P+R car park in Filderstadt-Bernhausen, Filderbahnstraße 14.
