Description

Non-open single-phase open space design competition with a high proportion of building construction according to the "Guideline for Planning Competitions 2013" (RPW 2013) and VgV 2016 with upstream application procedure (participation competition) and downstream negotiated procedure (VgV) for the redesign of the Schrangen in the Hanseatic city of Lübeck. The competition procedure is aimed at applicant groups from offices of landscape architecture and architecture, whereby only information/evidence for the performance picture of the property planning outdoor facilities according to § 38 et seq. HOAI are to be provided in the context of the applicant procedure. However, the specialist planners for the service area of building planning in accordance with § 33 et seq. HOAI must be named in the application for participation. A maximum of 20 participating teams of landscape architects with architects will be targeted. The implementation of the competition is based on the RPW 2013 and the VgV 2016. The application and recognition of the RPW 2013 is binding for the awarding institution and the participants as well as all other participants, unless this award expressly deviates from it. The awarding institution, participants and all parties to the proceedings acknowledge the content of this award. The Competition and Award Committee of the Chamber of Architects and Engineers of the State of Schleswig-Holstein participated in the preparation of this competition in an advisory capacity. The competition was registered there under number 1171-26. Following the competition procedure, a VgV negotiation procedure will be conducted without participation competition with all award winners.
