Description

Project management competition for the reconstruction of the Henri Vidal sports complex, comprising a gymnase, changing rooms and the renovation of the security guard’s accommodation. The project consists of the demolition and reconstruction of the gymnasium (total area covered SU of approximately 3 100 square metres): reception areas (hall, toilets, offices); sports halls, common rooms, technical and service rooms.
Demolition and reconstruction of the galleries (total area covered SU of approximately 800 square metres, and 300 seating positions).
External rehabilitation of the guard’s accommodation (surface area 115 square metres).
As part of this operation, candidates are informed that the work will be carried out with two equipment in use: the football pitches and the existing gymnase adjacent to the works were carried out.
The financial envelope for works (excluding mobile furniture of equipment and VRD) is (value July 2014): EUR 6 014 500 (EXCL. TAX).
Grand Paris Aménagement is the representative of the contracting authority and acts in the name and on behalf of the City of Montfermeil.
