Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2017, item 788 – hereinafter: ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and logging, to be carried out in the Lipinki Forest District II area in 2018. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the total number of work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and scrapping work resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. size of work by activity, Annex 3.2. areas of difficulty and distances, Annex 3.3 – harvesting sorting system and Annex 3.4 – protection of ramps and subsides.
