Description

Предмет на обществената поръчка е осигуряването на транспорт на пациенти, нуждаещи се от диализно лечение от домовете им до Отделение по диализно лечение при УМБАЛ “Света Анна” – София АД и обратно. Услугата включва транспорт на диализно болни пациенти от град София и пет общини от Софийска област – Община Своге, Община Елин Пелин, Община Годеч, Община Сливница и Община Ихтиман, като ще се извършва на база предварителен подробен график, представен от Възложителя в края на всеки месец за следващия.
Приблизителено за три години лечебното заведение осъществява до 21 000 броя транспортни курсове.
Лечебното заведение представя на Изпълнителя списък на подлежащите на транспорт пациенти с имената, адресите, точните дни и часове за извършване на диализите през месеца.
