Description

The contract covered by this award notice corresponds to Lot 3 of the consultation relating to the services of cleaning, inspection and extermination of Community sewerage networks – sewage networks, rainwater, unit water and gravitary retention works. The purpose of this lot is to maintain Community sewerage networks and, more specifically, to prevent the sewerage systems and to intervene on an ad hoc basis in the event of infestation. Contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Articles 33 3oal. And 57-59 of the Public Procurement Code, and subject to the provisions of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code on purchase contracts. Lot 3 consists of two types of services:
— The standard services correspond to preventive eratisation and are defined in the Special Technical Specifications. They represent the fixed part of the services to be provided by the contractor.
— extraordinary services correspond to one-off interventions in the event of infestation and are defined in the Special Technical Specifications. For the performance of these services, the contract shall follow the provisions of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code relating to order forms contracts. These benefits shall not be subject to a minimum amount or a maximum amount. Order forms shall be notified by the contracting authority to the contractor as and when required.
