Description

1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa ochrony osób i mienia na terenie Sądu Rejonowego w Sierpcu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Realizacja ochrony będzie zgodna z ustawą z 22.08.1997 r. o ochronie osób i mienia (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1995 z późn. zm.). 3. Przedmiot zamówienia zostanie zrealizowany zgodnie z postanowieniami wzoru umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
