The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of red meat meats specified
in Annex 1 to this contract, the price form, as set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract in Annex 2 to this contract for the performance of task No 4 (Świdwin).
The subject-matter of the contract shall comply with the following requirements:
1) be of 1st class (quality);
2) in its production and marketing, the rules provided for in the regulations will be observed:
a) the Food and Nutrition Safety Act of 25 August 2006 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 2021); Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety. b) the Act of 16 December 2005 on products of animal origin (Journal of Laws No.U.
2021, item 1753) and Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin (OJ EU L 139 of 30 April 2004) and Regulation (EC) No 854/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific rules for the organisation of official controls on products of animal origin intended for human consumption (OJ EU L 139 of 30 April 2004) and European Union legislation issued on the basis of these Regulations;
Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC (OJ L 338, 13 November 2004, p. 4-17);
d) Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of 23 December 2014 on the labelling of particular types of foodstuffs (Journal of Laws No.

e) the Act of 21 December 2000 on the commercial quality of agri-food products (Journal of Laws 2021, item 630);
