Description

The primary school Wiepeldorn (location Klein Offenseth-Sparrieshoop and branch Lutzhorn) has been run as an open all-day school since the school year 2018/ 2019. The municipality of Klein Offenseth-Sparrieshoop intends to award the sponsorship for the open all-day offer at the beginning of the school year 2025/2026. For this purpose, the municipality of Klein Offenseth-Sparrieshoop as a school institution and the other institution conclude a cooperation agreement in the sense of a partnership and fair cooperation for the benefit of the children at the above-mentioned primary school. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The other sponsor assumes responsibility for the open all-day offers at the primary school Wiepeldorn on the basis of the "Guideline on the approval and promotion of open all-day schools and on the establishment and promotion of care offers in primary school (Guideline All-day and Care Schleswig-Holstein)" of the Ministry of School and Vocational Education and Training in the current version. This includes the organization, coordination, execution and billing of the extra-curricular open all-day offer, as well as the issuance of the lunch delivered by a caterer commissioned by the municipality. In the implementation of the care services at the Lutzhorn location, the cooperation partner established there must be involved, currently the parents’ association ‘Zwergentreff’. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The funding comes from public subsidies of the state, possibly the district, the school board, the parent contributions as well as third-party funds (e.g. donations, project funds). The other institution collects the care and participation fees from the parents on its own responsibility. He independently submits the funding applications to the state of Schleswig-Holstein and, if necessary, the district of Pinneberg and, if necessary, opens up further funding opportunities. Parental contributions are based on the administrative area of the city of Elmshorn and on the municipalities in the administrative area of the Amt Elmshorn Land. Parental contributions must be adjusted if necessary and collected as a matter of priority before the municipality participates in the deficit. The costs for the course offers in the open all-day are to be charged by the other institution to cover the costs of the parents. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The municipality participates annually in the costs within the framework of a deficit contribution with a maximum of € 700.00 per child. For the first year of care, 125 children are assumed, or the current number of care contracts at the time of conclusion of the contract. This is based on the actual number of children registered at the cut-off date of 15 February of each year. Any additional costs must be borne by the other institution.
