Description

On the basis of the master plan for BoligKorkat Section 15, Stage II of February 2013, the contract covers the design and execution of the comprehensive works plan for the implementation of the master plan, which will last for approximately 1.5 years (excluding. 1-year and 5-year review).
The advice essentially covers the design of the preliminary and main project for public petitions, as well as execution with project follow-up, construction management and technical supervision, delivery, preparation of operational and maintenance plan and 1-year and 5-year review.
The renovation works cover a total of 13 blocks in 2-3 floors with 200 dwellings.
The construction has been built in the late 1950s with insitu cast concrete tyres and depressed façades. The works mainly concern the external post-installation insulation of gloves, the addition of altanes/terraces, including the creation of new windows/door lots and changes in the heating system, increasing accessibility, inter alia, through the installation of lifts in selected connections and associated changes in the relevant dwellings, the replacement of windows and the processing of the outdoor areas, all described in the overall plan of February 2013.
