Description

The services provided by the contract-holder will be principally:
— The construction and financing on its own account of an underground car park with a minimum of 380 parking spaces for motor vehicles (4 wheels) and 25 spaces for 2 wheels (motorcycles and bicycles), divided into at least 3 floors and all the equipment necessary for their operation, including access routes and devices for cars and pedestrians,
— Operation of the public car park in accordance with the public service obligations laid down in the special conditions.
The number of parking spaces has been determined taking into account the need for both local residents and existing or planned nearby functions, particularly as a result of the number of surface spaces which will be removed in the neighbourhood, the layout of the premises, the mobility objectives and the constraints of the basement.
The services will also include:
— The full development of the concession perimeter in the broad sense (Annex 3), including roads, spaces and spaces under which the underground car park will be built; this does not include the reconstruction of a left-hand bank ramp of access to the footbridge.
