1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę urządzeń EMG i USG w podziale na 2 części: CZĘŚĆ 1: System do pomiaru sygnału EMG, CZĘŚĆ 2: Głowica ultrasonograficzna do badań skóry. 2. Część 1: Kody CPV 33120000-7 Systemy rejestrujące i urządzenia badawcze, 30213100-6 Komputery przenośne, część 2: Kod CPV 33100000-1 Urządzenia medyczne. 3. Termin wykonania zamówienia:
- część 1: od dnia zawarcia umowy do 15.12.2021 r.
- część 2: do 30 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy, jednak nie później niż do 15.12.2021 r.
Uzasadnienie: Termin wykonania zamówienia został określony poprzez wskazanie konkretnej daty, ze względu na fakt, że zgodnie z umową o dofinansowanie, projekt „Śląskie Centrum Inżynierskiego Wspomagania Medycyny i Sportu – „Assist Med Sport Silesia”” nr UDA-RPSL-01.01.00-24-05H1/17-00 w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Śląskiego na lata 2014-2020 Oś Priorytetowa I „Nowoczesna Gospodarka” Działanie 1.1 „Kluczowa dla regionu infrastruktura badawcza, kończy się 21.12.2021 r
