Description

This framework agreement concluded for a group of orders, the coordinator of which is the public establishment Cœur d’Essonne Agglomération, concerns the acquisition of all small office and school administrative supplies. This consultation is a relaunch of Lot 1 of Framework Agreement No 2018-AO-ADM-027, which was declared unsuccessful on the ground that all the tenders were found to be irregular. The services are split into order forms within the meaning of Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. The minimum and maximum order amounts for the initial duration of the framework agreement are defined as follows:
