The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of 11 organisational units of the State Water Holding Wody Polskie in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 and the purchase by the Contractor of electricity from 3 photovoltaic installations located in designated Energy Consumption Points. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is included in Annex No 1 to the FTZ, which describes the data identifying the Electricity Consumption Points (EPPs) together with an indication of the expected dates of commencement of deliveries to each of them.
