Description

This consultation concerns the acquisition and renewal of either CNG energy or electric energy to allow a transition of our vehicle fleet to “green” energy. At present, some vehicles do not meet the criteria of the low-emission zone to be established as of 1.1.2020. These criteria also tighten to 1.1.2021, prohibiting the parking and circulation of commercial vehicles without a Crit air 2 sticker or below. Purchases will therefore need to be made quickly after notification of this contract in order to best meet this standard. These coaches are put in place for all vehicles during peak N2 pollution alerts (decided by the Prefecture), hence the need to adapt the light vehicle fleet as well in a second step. This invitation to tender is open and is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-1 and 2 and R. 2124-1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Code.
