Description

The subject of the contract is the service of performing post-warranty technical inspections, diagnostics and repairs of medical equipment in Megrez Sp. z o.o. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the assortment and price form (Annex 2 to the SWZ). The subject matter of the contract includes the activities required to allow medical equipment for further use, in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use, in particular: a) technical inspection and condition control of the equipment covered by this contract b) diagnostics, repair and operational readiness of the equipment covered by this contract. Replacement of spare parts after presentation of the cost offer and its acceptance by the Ordering Party. c) each time making entries in technical passports about performed technical inspections, diagnostics and repairs, replacement of parts and the admission or non-admission of medical equipment for further use. The technical inspection and condition control shall include: a) checking the correctness of operation, b) checking and cleaning the elements of the apparatus and devices, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, c) checking the installation, checking the efficiency of the valves (if applicable to specific equipment), d) setting (adjustment) of the parameters required by the manufacturer, e) calibration (if applicable to specific equipment), f) checking the conformity of the measurement with the reference apparatus (if applicable to specific equipment), g) software update (if applicable to specific equipment), h) changing the system clock from summer time to winter time and vice versa (if applicable to specific equipment), i) replacement of consumables, including: uszczelki, zawory, elektrody, bezpieczniki, żarówki, promienniki bakteriobójcze, itp., wynikających z normalnego użytkowania sprzętu, j) w przypadku urządzeń podlegających odbiorowi przez inspektorów Urzędu Dozoru Technicznego – przygotowanie urządzenia do odbioru, wykonanie czynności w związku z zaleceniami UDT, k) dokonywanie każdorazowo wpisu do paszportu technicznego oraz przedłożenie Protokołu/Karty pracy wykonania czynności serwisowych po dokonaniu przeglądu, l) sporządzanie orzeczeń dla sprzętów przeznaczonych do likwidacji z uwagi na brak możliwości naprawy, bądź na naprawę niekorzystną ekonomicznie wraz z opinią Przed przystąpieniem do przeglądu technicznego Wykonawca ma obowiązek min 24h. wcześniej poinformować o swoim przybyciu Dział Techniczny. The diagnosis shall include in particular: a. assessment of the technical condition of the equipment, b. verification and location of damage, c. issuing a diagnostic report, and sending it to the Technical Department within 3 working days after the diagnosis, d. if the repair of the equipment provides for the replacement of parts, then presenting a cost offer for spare parts, e. making an appropriate entry in the technical passport and submitting the Protocol / Work Card for the performance of service activities Repairs include in particular: a. repair or replacement of damaged elements (if applicable) b. checking the correctness of operation, c. checking mechanical and electrical safety, d. keeping up-to-date repair documentation and making relevant entries in the technical passports of medical equipment and submitting a Protocol / Work Card for the performance of service activities, e. setting (adjustment) the parameters required by the manufacturer.
