Description

The city of Olfen, Kirchstraße 5, 59399 Olfen, intends to comprehensively renovate the swimming and sports hall with the associated connecting building and the changing rooms. The swimming and sports hall is located on Von-Vincke-Straße. Right next to the sports hall is the volunteer fire brigade of the city of Olfen. For the unhindered exit of the fire engines in the event of an alarm, there is an absolute ban on stopping on this part of Von-Vincke-Straße. When loading the construction site and/or loading rubble containers or other arrivals and departures, special attention must be paid to the free exit of the fire brigade. The following list of services is not divided into the areas · Swimming pool, · Intermediate wing (cloakroom and entrance) · Sports hall with equipment room. On the south side of the building project is the Stadthalle. This is connected to the intermediate wing via a connecting corridor. The connection path is retained. On the south side of the sports hall is the home of the Musikzugverein. This also remains unchanged. The heating system for the entire complex, i.e. for the fire brigade, sports and swimming hall and for the city hall, is centrally located in the intermediate wing. The heating system must be kept in operation for the entire construction period.
