Description

The purpose of this consultation is the construction of approximately 30 housing units located Rue Laennec in Lyon 8th according to a BIM process and with digital data supplies for wealth management. A program of the operation is attached to the consultation file. The contract comprises a single tranche. The consultation is open to any team with the following skills: - Architect (mandatory representative) - BET Fluides - BET Structures - Construction Economics - Site Management and Coordination Order (OPC) - BIM Manager - Landscaper - Environmental Competence For the proper execution of its tasks, the team will add the additional skills it deems necessary (example: BET Asbestos, ...). Provisional timetable for implementation (see Article 2.7 of the RP). A contract will be awarded at a revisable global and fixed price to a single undertaking or a group (see Article 2(6) of the Framework Contract).
